Got a free upgrade to a deluxe room, very spacious and comfortable with options for soft and hard mattresses. Luxurious sheets for a great night's sleep. Hotel is calm with no noise. Helpful and fast service at the front desk. Great proximity to Senado square and other attractions.

The hotel had a smooth check-in and checkout system. We easily traveled from the Hong Kong airport to this city via ferry without having to go through immigration until we arrived in Macau. The hotel shuttle bus was conveniently waiting for us when we disembarked. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept for 14 hours straight after a long day of exploring. The location was great, close to restaurants and attractions, and away from the casinos.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with other big casinos nearby and it was so convenient to go to the downtown area. The shuttle pick-up at the ferry terminal made it easy for us to get to the hotel. The staff was so helpful and gave us great tips on the area.
The room we stayed in was quite average and could have been better.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was incredibly spacious and the bed was so comfortable that I fell asleep immediately. The linen was clean and had a pleasant fragrance. The location of this place was perfect as it was within walking distance from several of Macau's landmarks. It was right in the center of the city and surrounded by many casinos. I also appreciated the great service provided by the hotel staff. They were always available to assist with any requests and were quick to help with anything I needed. The complementary afternoon tea was a delightful bonus and added to the overall luxury experience.
The only slight downside was that the view from the room was not great as it was situated between some apartment buildings. However, this did not detract from the overall comfort and quality of the hotel.
